I had to learn the acronyms as well as any software in order to be able to be successful. In the 5 years that I have been in the working environment I have attended several Networking events and conferences so as to stay up to date about what others are doing in the same field as mine. As I continued to review the clusters I realized strength for me was Business acumen. Such as being able to work with my colleagues to do self-promotion, while holding each other up, and working together as one strong team. Here are some supportive examples of interpersonal business domains according to the SHRM, embracing opportunities to lead a team, fostering an organizational culture that supports intra-organizational teamwork and collaboration.
