into college as opposed to the black fraternity (Ambrosio, 81). This is regardless of the fact that
people of color may have excelled brilliantly when compared to the whites. This shows that the
system of education in American and other western countries has been manipulated to suit the
white privilege across most generations.
The African Americans, Latino or Hispanics that have the same qualifications with the
whites are not always granted admission into the colleges or universities of their choice (Todd,
652). This social injustice has been faulted for the lack of enthusiasm among most blacks where

The same treatment is extended in the employment industry where whites enjoy huge privileges
as opposed to blacks. People of white skin easily get job referrals and recommendations for
different positions in companies and corporations as opposed to the people of color.

positions always tend to be reserved to the white people while blacks struggle a lot to be

which it impacts negatively on the black population. This is evident in most social circles such as
shopping malls, grocery stores and even leisure joints. When people of black descent are shopping in a huge retail store, they are always watched with a lot of suspicion lest they steal or
shoplift from the store. What’s more, it is common for black people to be treated as unworthy,
scheming and unreliable. Surprisingly, white people comfortably work into supermarkets to do

part in gun violence such that they scare the white people into giving in to their demands.

between these two groups. The majority of people feel that whites do not have to struggle to get

dictated based on the color of their skin. The system of authority and governance also does very

In fact, it is very hard for a black person to receive endorsement in a state or province that
has a high population of whites. This means that people’s mindsets have been structured to suit
the system that favors whites simply because their color is perceived as more superior compared

caused many western countries to struggle with societal evils such as violence, drug abuse and

priority to one group simply because they are perceived to have something of value. The same
